4 Ingredient, Delicious Easter Ham
As we’re approaching Easter Sunday, it felt right to experiment with one of the traditional staples of this holiday meal – the Baked Ham. Since things are hectic enough when you’re hosting, why not benefit from a quick but delicious preparation for this featured protein. Enter the Orange-Glazed Ham.
This recipe takes no time at all to get ready, does it thing while it bakes, and delivers a juicy, crispy, sweet & salty main course. The outer, orange-glazed layer is simply to die for….trust me.

- Cross-cut the exterior by slicing across horizontally & vertically (1/8 in deep)
- Place whole cloves in cross-sections of horizontal and vertical lines
- Bake for 60 – 70 minutes and then remove from oven
- Mix marmalade & sugar. Baste outer part of ham; covering all surfaces
- Bake 60-70 min more until internal temp is 140 degrees & skin is crispy
- Remove from oven, allow to rest for 30 minutes, then serve
Orange-Glazed Ham goes well with mashed potatoes and the usual Easter / Ham Dinner fixin’s. Plus, once you make this, you’re sure to have plenty of leftovers for the week (cuban sandwiches, eggs & ham, ham salad, etc). This is the dish that will keep on giving. Mangia and enjoy.
