Featured Product – Blue Ginger Rice Chips

All Natural Blue Ginger Mult-Grain Brown Rice Chips

This week’s featured product is specifically for those of us who crave a salty, crunchy treat now and then –   like the ever popular chip.  But, it doesn’t have to be the classic potato version of this old standby that you reach for the next time you’re in the mood.  You might instead want to try Blue Ginger’s Multi-Grain Brown Rice Chips.

This crispy snack is the perfect blend of brown rice, oats and corn that are then lightly seasoned with black sesame seeds and sea salt.  The product is ideal for serving up with salsa, hummus or your favorite dip – similar to what would go well with either a Tortilla or Potato Chip.

Beyond the huge burst of flavor in this munchee, you can feel good about how it’s made, too.

we like them allso and had to order them, fom Mings, twice. But they say they cannot get them from Kellogs, Kellogs says the orders from Costco have stopped they say I should harass Costco. Who knows

I contacted the company (Ming) and they stated that Kellogs has no plans to contribute producing their product. That is why we can’t find them anymore. I LOVED them!!

Folks – I’ve recently came across a new chip that reminds of these and is easier to get a hold of: polenta corn chips. If you’d like more info on them..you can check out: http://www.amazon.com/Good-Health-Solea-Polenta-5-Ounce/dp/B000HDJXO4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1284300281&sr=8-1 They can also be found at Whole Foods.

I am not happy with Costco; they introduce a product, get everyone hooked, then you never see it again! I have no idea where to get these. I even looked on Kellogg’s website where they have them pictured and there is a page to click to find out where to buy and it comes up empty!

    Hi!

I am so glad people are talking about these YUMMY chips! I discovered them last summer/fall and could easily buy them at my local Costco in Mpls. MN. But then they went away!!! I’ve been pestering my Costco ever since to bring them back but have had no luck so far. If anybody finds a way to buy these online, please post. This site does offer another flavor — but it’s at a pretty spendy price. http://www.mingspantry.com/

Hope the Blue Ginger chips pop up near you soon, Rosie. In the meantime, thanks for the tip on the Sour Cream and Onion option on the site. They sound good!

As for as I know, these chips are only available at Costco and BJ’s Wholesale. Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any online store that sells them. I did pick some up at my local BJ’s within the last two weeks. Have you checked there? They may be able to ship them to you from another location.
