Food Log – You Wanted to See It

You'll see lots of variety in what I eat daily & week to week to keep things interesting

 

A number of you have expressed interest in seeing the kinds of foods I eat on a regular basis.     

Since it’s information that’s tracked daily anyway, it’s being made available beginning with tonight/tomorrow morning via the Food Log page on thetreadmilldiaries         

Each day, the log will be updated with:         

  • what’s been eaten at all meals
  • daily snacks
  • foods eaten by food group
  • the amount of water I’ve had to drink
  • the WW pt totals per meal, per snack and per day

   

Feel free to reach out with questions about any entries or if you’d like information on the recipes or products that are referenced.  Hope this helps with new ideas for what you might be able to incorporate into your routine.
