Outside of the basic convenience of this product, the perks include:
- the tangy flavor it infuses into your chicken; while keeping it both juicy and tender
- it takes less than 5 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake (if going with boneless chicken)
- it’s easy enough for anyone in the family to make – so you can have a good meal even if the primary cook isn’t home
- it reheats really well; making it a good lunch or leftover option

Plus, I’ve had the best luck using this with dark meat like boneless / skinless chicken thighs (are absolute fav) and skinless chicken legs.
