Mission Complete! 30 Days of Breakfast Challenge
And here we are…on the final day of the 30 Days of Breakfast. It seems like just yesterday (or about 30 days ago :) ) when I decided to take on this challenge. With this last feature, my MISSION.IS.COMPLETE.
We have BREAKFAST SUCCESS.
Without further delay, feast your eyes on #30 – A Grilled Peanut Butter, Raspberry & Banana Sandwich. I can’t lie to you…this was inspired by the hubby packing a cold version of this PBJ for his work lunch. And, I don’t regret my decision at all. Heating up this baby..gets you some serious ooey gooey goodness. Mmm.
To make this yummy sandwich, you’ll need: 2 slices of your favorite bread, 1 Tbsp Peanut/Nut Butter, 1 Tbsp Raspberry Jam, 1 Banana cut into four 2 inch pieces, and cooking spray. Build your PBJ with Banana and then grill over med-high heat in a skillet for 2-3 minutes a side. Remove from pan, cut in half and serve. So easy. But sooo great.
